A 150 meter tall landmark tower anchors the north-west corner with Class 5A office space along with a prestigious five-star hotel overlooking the north park entrance plaza. Along the Qiwan Avenue, two office towers and a dedicated office building defines the western edge of this development with podium retail activating the street frontage. With prime southern exposure towards the park, a residential neighborhood is created at the south-east corner of the site poised to become the most exclusive and high-end residential apartments in Zhongshan. A series of lower boutique offices further define the park edge with a neighborhood park located between the office row and the residential towers.
